ROAD AND LANDSCAPING PROJECTS:

1. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD / I-680 INTERCHANGE – This project will modify the I-680 interchange at Alcosta Boulevard configuration as well as the on and off-ramps.
   

2. ATHAN DOWNS IRRIGATION BOOSTER PUMP INSTALLATION PROJECT - This project will provide the installation of a Flowtronics irrigation booster pump to increase the current PSI to the optimum operating pressure.
   

3. CENTRALIZED IRRIGATION SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT - This project will upgrade the irrigation controllers that are older than ten years and convert the controllers to utilize digital communication throughout the City.

4. CROW CANYON ROAD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT - This project will provide for street rehabilitation work on Crow Canyon Road from San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Bollinger Canyon Road.

5. PARKING LOT PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT - This project will resurface the parking lots at Central Park Community Center, Athan Down Park as well as the Senior Center.
   

6. PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT – This yearly project involves identifying, calculating costs, and repairing the streets on Old Ranch Road and Bollinger Canyon Road.

7. SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD NORTHBOUND REFUGE LANE INSTALLATION PROJECT - This project will remove portions of the median along San Ramon Valley Boulevard at the intersections of Talavera Drive, Woodborough Way and Westside Drive to accommodate for the installation of small refuge lanes.

8. SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD/MONTEVIDEO DRIVE LEFT TURN LANE MODIFICATION PROJECT - This project will provide for additional left turn storage capacity for the existing southbound left turn lane at Montevideo Drive by modification of the center median to maximize the southbound storage space.

9. SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT - This project will provide for street rehabilitation work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard from Crow Canyon Road to Norris Canyon Road.
   

TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECTS:

1. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD / SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD CORNER IMPROVEMENT - This project will provide for the widening of the northeast corner of Alcosta Boulevard and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

2. AMBER LED TRAFFIC SIGNAL REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will replace 40 intersections' amber incandescent light bulbs with energy efficient LED (Light Emitting Diode) signals.

3. COLLECTOR STREET FLASHING LIGHT CROSSWALKS PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of flashing cross walk lights in the pavement on Montevideo Drive at Iron Horse Trail Crossing, Pine Valley Road at Iron Horse Trail Crossing, Pine Valley Road at Walt Disney School, as well as flashing beacons on Bollinger Canyon Road at East Branch Parkway.
   

4. CROW CANYON ROAD/CROW CANYON PLACE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - This project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Crow Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Place.
   

5. OLD RANCH ROAD/OLD RANCH ESTATES DRIVE/BENT CREEK DRIVE INTERSECTION TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - This project will install a new traffic signal at the intersection of Old Ranch Road, Old Ranch Estates Drive, and Bent Creek Drive.
   

6. RADAR SPEED DISPLAY SIGN DEMONSTRATION PROJECT - This project will install a speed display sign to alert drivers of their vehicle speed to encourage speed limit compliance and improve safety on Twin Creeks Drive at Shadow Mountain Drive, Rosincress Drive, Morgan Drive, and Pine Valley Road.

7. TRAFFIC SIGNAL BACKUP POWER PROGRAM - Phase II - This project will install battery backup power supplies for emergency operation of traffic signals at all remaining 43 intersections.

8. TRAFFIC SIGNAL HEADS REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will upgrade approximately 89 incandescent traffic signal heads with new LED (Light Emitting Diode) signals.

9. VILLAGE PARKWAY/TRIANA WAY FLASHING BEACON PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of flashing warning beacons at the Village Parkway/Triana Way intersection.
   

PARKS AND FACILITY PROJECTS:

1. AQUATIC CENTER CONCRETE DECK RESURFACING PROJECT - This project will provide for the replacement of the concrete decking around the pool at the Aquatic Park.

2. AQUATIC CENTER PLAY STRUCTURE SAFETY FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide for the replacement of the safety fence around the pool with play structure at the Aquatic Center on Broadmoor Drive.

3. CITY FACILITIES FLOOR COVERING REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the floor coverings throughout the City facilities to include the Library, Community Center Patio and the Senior Center.

4. CITY FACILITIES ROOF COVERING MAINTENANCE PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the roof covering at the Senior Center.
   

5. DOUGHERTY VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL POOL SHADE STRUCTURE PROJECT - This project will provide picnic area structures and smaller shade structures for patrons around the pool area.
   
   
6. FOREST HOME FARMS - BRIDGE - This project will construct a bridge which will cross over the creek and separate the Glass House southern portion of Forest Home Farms from the Boone House northern portion.
   
   
7. FOREST HOME FARMS - GLASS HOUSE INTERIOR RENOVATION - This project will renovate and restore the interior of the David Glass House and the Tank House in Forest Home Farms.
   
   
8. FOUNTAIN REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide necessary repairs and renovations to all City fountains.
   
   
9. GALE RANCH MIDDLE SCHOOL TEEN CENTER PROJECT - This project will provide furnishings for the Teen Center at Gale Ranch Middle School which will consist of computers and furniture.


10. PINE VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL MODULAR CLASSROOM & OFFICE PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of a portable classroom at Pine Valley Middle School for use for the After School Club Program.
    
    
11. PUBLIC ART IN PARKS PROJECT - This project will provide for a commissioned piece of public art for Dougherty Station Community Center.
    
    
12. SAN RAMON OLYMPIC POOL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide the replacement of pool heaters, pumps, motors and related equipment at San Ramon Olympic Pool.
    

CREEK AND FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS:

1. ANNUAL CREEK DREDGING/VEGETATION REMOVAL PROJECT - This project will provide for periodic creek dredging, tree trimming and non-routine tree and vegetation removal to allow for full flow capacity of the creeks in the City.
   

2. FLOOD CONTROL REPAIRS PROJECT - This project will study to evaluate the different flood control measures and repairs to utilize throughout the City.
   
   
3. STORM DAMAGE REPAIRS – This project will provide for on going winter damage repairs along all City maintained creeks within the City where damage and preliminary repair costs have been assessed.
   
   
4. VESTRELLA STORM DRAIN REPAIR PROJECT - This project will provide analysis and repair of a failed 30-inch diameter storm drain located in the Vestrella Subdivision. A sink hole associated with the damage will also be repaired.
   

OTHER PROJECTS:

1. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS - Annual Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Repairs throughout the City.
