Barton Cox Jr.
I have been a media producer (Bart Cox Media Productions) for over 25 years and a certificated high school teacher for 13 years. When Deer Valley High School in Antioch opened in 1996, I was hired to develop the video/broadcast department. Over my years at Deer Valley, my students won numerous awards at the California Student Media Festival and created a cable show for Comcast. In 2006, I went to Heritage High School in Brentwood to develop their media department. Over my 13 years teaching at the two high schools, numerous students have gone on to work professionally in the media industry. I retired from teaching in 2010 and in 2012 I developed “Let’s Make Movies!” video production and special effects filmmaking enrichment classes. In 2014 I introduced a new class offering "Television News Production". I continue to also work professionally as a media producer specializing in “live” performance and multi-camera production taping. I look forward to helping your child discover the exciting and creative world of video productions and special effects filmmaking thru my “Let’s Make Movies!” camps and my newest offering "Television News Production".

She's been teaching ballet, tap and jazz for 34 years! The last 22 years for the City of San Ramon. She absolutely loves it and can't wait to meet all the princesses.
Cynthia Beckman is a professional performance coach! What is that, you might ask? It is a highly unique coach who specializes in helping other's perform on-stage to "Become the STAR you Are!" Her business was born out the sincere desire to help children grow through the courageous act of being on-stage as the center of attention in a solo role! Cynthia has an eclectic background on several stages in life, all of which require excellent communication skills: Fortune 100 firms in the US and Internationally as a Marketing Director, World Vision as an Artist Associate performing and promoting outreach for underprivileged children world-wide, Musical Theatre where she has received numerous accolades including an Orchid Award from ACTS for singing and acting, and finally consulting for numerous clients with physical and theatrical products. In addition to coaching others, Cynthia continues to write music, sing professionally, and is completing her first novel, "Her Silent Hero, a daughters journey through war.". She studied Graphic Design and after graduating she realized that clay was her pencil. Sabine's art work is very whimsical and being passionate about clay is what she wants to give to her students. Creating a piece of pottery with your own hands form wet clay to a shiny piece of art. Sabine has been teaching After School Enrichment classes and Summer Camps for 10 years in San Ramon and Lafayette. She lives in Lafayette with her husband and her 2 son’s.
Sharon can still remember how excited she was while she sat at a little, antique art table at the age of 3. She was given a new, big box of 64 crayons to open up and create endless combinations of color on paper. She continues to have that same thrill and excitement when she opens up materials to share with other eager children, while teaching art and enrichment programs, for the last 17 years. She started teaching in San Leandro and moved on to Hayward and then added the City of San Ramon 12 years ago. Sharon spent 5 years with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, developing district art curriculum and teaching elementary art at 2 different schools. Currently, Sharon is the director and teacher for Happy Scholars; a newly introduced academic preschool program for the City of San Ramon while teaching after-school enrichment and other art classes for children. She enjoys experimenting with mixed-media, and loved creating a mural of dancers on an entire wall in her home. Summer time presents a unique opportunity for her, with large chunks of time to allow her to engage students in ways that can’t be done in short, weekly classes.Sharon is excited about the upcoming summer session to share the same type of enthusiasm about art, that she had when she first opened up that big box of crayons.
A mainstay in the Bay Area music scene, Steve Kritzer has been a performing musician, teacher, and touring recording artist for over 30 years. He’s performed for, taught, and worked with everyone from toddlers to Seniors, and most in between. His musical talents include guitar, mandolin, banjo, and piano, but recently has developed a special passion for ukulele, and has become the “go to” guy for uke in the area. He especially loves working with kids, and helping them discover the joys of music and playing together.
Susanna loves making beautiful things and she loves teaching kids to do the same! As the art teacher at Twin Creeks Elementary for the past five years, and the jewelry teacher at Venture School three years before that, she's taught K-12 students not only fine art skills, but also enrichment classes in jewelry making. She's taught jewelry techniques such as beading, wire work, knitting wire, enameling, metal forming, chain making and many others. Some of her high school students at Venture School even won design awards in competition while under her tutelage. When she has time out from teaching art or jewelry, Susanna creates new jewelry designs that she displays at an art gallery, a fine jewelry store and on her website at www.crystalaccents.com. Susanna is excited to work with the City of San Ramon and to bring jewelry making to more students in our community! She has been a resident of San Ramon with her husband and two daughters since 1994.

Having taught for more than 20 in the San Ramon Unified School District, in grades 2 through 8, I felt this would be a great time to do something different, so I made the decision to teach cooking. How thrilled I was to find that there was such a great need in the community, to have children gain the experience of being in the kitchen, creating foods other than cookies, cupcakes, or brownies with their parents. I bring to the table, not only years of classroom experience, but the ability to get kids excited about what they can create themselves, thus being very willing to have brand new experiences with food and tastes. I am happy to be a part of the San Ramon Community Center, and quite thrilled that my program is so well received!

Little Rascals Learning - Humberto Bustos
Locally grown and educated in the SF Bay Area. I have been a San Ramon resident since 1997.
My children grew up and attended the San Ramon K-12 schools and many community center camps.
In High School I enjoyed taking classes in the Auto Shop, Electronics and Machine Tools Technology. In the emergence of the computer era of the 80’s I had the privilege of working for IBM. I enjoyed twenty years in the computer technology sector with a vast array of clients and situations. My career evolved from a Computer Service Technician in San Mateo through Network Center Manager here at Bishop Ranch San Ramon.
My work life path moved me into the Radio Broadcasting industry working with Z-Spanish Radio Network based in Sacramento CA. I enjoyed working the technology and engineering operations of the stations. The studio build out and getting live on the air was most exciting!
I began working with kids in the Tri Valley teaching Spanish through many wonderful programs from
A+ Spanish Academy.
I created LITTLE RASKALS LEARNING to offer focus classes and camps in the areas of hands on engineering in real to life full scale.
I decide to create the Woody Car class to give kids the opportunity to build something life size that they may enjoy doing outdoors as I did for many summers growing up in my neighborhood!
The Radio Broadcasting class came with the idea that we all love listening to music & radio. As kids we love how radio serves us, music. Information, what’s on sale, concert info, giveaways/contests, and our favorite artists. Many kids dream of being a famous DJ or forming a band and being on the radio!
