Crazy 4 Sports (Ages 6-10)

Kidz Love Soccer Camp (Ages 8-12)

Spend a week learning the world's most popular sport in a fun, recreational environment. Learn and practice soccer skills including: dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and age specific defense. This camp is directed by Ohlon College head men’s basketball coach John Peterson and his talented staff . Coach Peterson and/or his staff will cover offensive & defensive concepts in addition to 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 games. On The Ball Sports Shooting & Competition Basketball Camp (Ages 5-12)

Detailed and precise teaching of the shooting fundamentals, including grip, ball placement, set up, balance, release and follow through. The shooting skill and drill work will be supplemented by competitive shooting games, 1 on 1 games, 3 on 3 games and 5 on 5 games where the emphasis will be shot preparation and ready to shoot. Lacrosse combines basic skills used in soccer, basketball and hockey into one fast-paced game. ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS

Badminton Camp (Ages 7-15)

Summer camp is a week long program geared towards introduction of basic badminton. This emphasis includes the rules of the game, including the new 21 point rally scoring system. Basic strokes, racket grips, and game play.

Ice Skating - Jr. Camp Freeze (Ages 5-7)
Instructor:Dublin Iceland
Learn the basic fundamentals of ice skating. Activities also include games, ‘Build a Summer Snowman’ contest, ice painting, and more. You will even have your picture taken on the Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine and learn a simple choreography for a show at the end of the week. All parents must drop off their children on the first day of camp to fill out emergency contact information and attend a brief parent’s orientation.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp - Levels 1-2 (Ages 6-13)
Instructor: Marina Shel Kolt
Rhythmic gymnastics camp includes: stretching exercises; classes in tumbling, ballet /creative dance; work on elements and routines with ribbons, jump rope, hoop, ball and clubs. Learn body sculpting, muscle toning work with a partner; games to develop coordination; and a seminar on nutrition. Serious dancers and gymnast will work on new conditioning techniques and elements from next year routines.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp - Levels 3 and Up (Ages 6-13)
Instructor: Marina Shel Kolt
During the camp gymnasts will be introduced new elements and will have a chance to dramatically improve their flexibility and muscle tone. Gymnasts will also improve their logical and analytical thinking, teamwork skills, self-confi dence and sportsmanship. Pilates, intensive classical ballet and dance movement class will be part of our training.

Tennis Camp: Beginning - Intermediate (Ages 6-18)

The fundamentals of the forehand, backhand, serve and net game are taught. Rally contests, drills, games, scoring and match play are included.
