The San Ramon City Clerk’s Department hosts “San Ramon Government 101” - a class designed to enhance resident's understanding of City Government. One goal is to encourage participation in the City’s Committees, Commissions, and volunteer opportunities. Previous class evaluations elicited these participant responses: “This was wonderful! Greater appreciation for all that it takes to run, and manage, maintain our great City.” and “Great program! I am proud to be a San Ramon resident.”
The spring session will begin on Monday, February 27, 2012. The class begins promptly at 6:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. You must be a resident of San Ramon, a minimum of 18 years of age, and able to attend all sessions. The application period runs through 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2012. Space is limited. If selected, you will be notified of your acceptance in early February. Please complete the application and return it to the City Clerk's office via email, fax, or mail. Contact Deputy City Clerk Renee Beck at 925-973-2538 if you have any questions.
