The City Clerk prepares City Council, Oversight Board, Successor Agency, Geologic Hazard Abatement District, Public Financing Authority, Housing Authority and special meeting agenda and packets of supporting information. The City Clerk maintains all official City records, contracts and agreements. The City Clerk also conducts City Council elections and administers the City's Conflict of Interest Program.

Contra Costa County Marriage Records/Licenses office.
