On the Ball Basketball Camp

This camp is directed by Chabot College men's basketball coach Pete Morales and his talented staff. Coach Morales and/or his staff will cover offensive & defensive concepts in addition to 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 games. All participants will receive a shirt at the conclusion of the camp.



SUMMER CAMPS 2018

Arora Tennis Camps
Camp Central Tennis Camps - Beginner-Low Intermediate

Fun skill building drills help students learn the basics faster while building confidence.  Rally contests, drills, games, scoring, rules and end of camp tournament are included.  Students will be grouped by age and ability.

Tiny Tots Mini Camp

This program is designed for our youngest players, ages 4 to 6 and is designed to expose and introduce these players to the game of tennis. The program is taught using specifically designed nets and color coded balls (Red, Orange, Green) created by the USTA to modify the game with the goal of developing beginning players. Our age -level appropriate drills will teach your child the basic skills of tennis including hand-eye coordination, movement and agility in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

High Performance Tennis Camp

The Arora High Performance Tennis Camps offer the ultimate combination of athletics and fun with a great mix of match play, drill work, and strategy sessions. Each camper receives continued technical and tactical instruction through a progressive camp, allowing for the ideal incorporation of stroke production and execution, consistency of the game, and unrivaled coaching.
Badminton Camp
Summer Badminton Camps

Summer camp is a week long program geared towards introduction of  basic badminton.  This emphasis includes the rules of the game, including the new 21 point rally scoring system.  Basic strokes, racket grips, and game play.
Bonasera Tennis Camps
Elite Training Summer Camp

From ages 10 and up for tournament and high school players. Train effectively, improve stroke production, shot selection and court sense. Players will be participating in high intensity drills, fitness and match play. Video analysis is provided throughout the week. 

Week Long Summer Camps

Intended for low to high intermediate players that are working towards participating in USTA tournaments. Camp consists of drills, footwork, stroke production, ball machine, video analysis, and match play.

Tennis and Aquatics Camps

The City of San Ramon is partnering with Bonasera Tennis to offer nonstop fun to children this summer. Spend mornings at Bonasera Tennis Camp from 8:30am-12pm, lunch from 12pm-1pm supervised by City Aquatics Staff and then spend the rest of the afternoon at the San Ramon Olympic Pool enjoying Rec Swim and playing camp games in and out of the water from 1pm-3:30pm. Participants must bring a lunch to camp each day

Ice Skating Camps

'Beat the Heat and Cool Your Feet'
Join us at Dublin Iceland for a fun recreational camp for children to learn the basic fundamentals of ice skating. 
Activities include:  playing in and building a snowman in our 'summer snow' ice painting, ice bowling, hockey 'can you make a goal', and more. You will even have your picture taken on the Zamboni ice resurfacing machine and learn simple choreography for the end of the week show. 



Crazy 4 Sports
Crazy 4 Sports Camps

A fun-filled sports program designed for kids ages 6-10!  Sports may include, but are not limited to dodgeball, kickball, soccer, basketball, capture the flag, camouflage tag, and water balloon toss. We have weekly themes such as the Olympics and Superheroes.  Don't forget the best part - water games on Fridays! Combine this camp with other sports camps or Adventure Club for a full day of FUN!
Grace+Zen Youth Yoga
Youth Yoga Camps

Your child will learn the basics of yoga in a class designed just for kids! Improve focus and concentration, learn to control emotions and thoughts, and take home a kid-friendly guided meditation practice to use at home. Students will also work on improved balance, coordination, flexibility, and social skills. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Gymnastics and More Camp
Youth Gymnastics Camp

Children will learn beginning gymnastics and tumbling skills, use a variety of gymnastics equipment, participate in a variety of group activities, and are introduced to strength and flexibility exercises all while having fun!
Soccer Camps
Kidz Love Soccer Camps

Spend a week enjoying the world's most popular sport in a fun, recreational environment.  Learn and practice soccer skills including:  dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and age-specific defense.  Everyone is a winner as the week's fun culminates in an age-appropriate 'World Cup' tournament.  All participants will receive a ball and jersey and MUST wear Shin Guards.

San Ramon FC Indoor Soccer (Futsal) Camps

San Ramon FC invites you to join us this summer for our indoor soccer camp.  We will focus on the official FIFA approved indoor game of FUTSAL.  The game offers an extremely fun environment where players get to have much fun trying various tricks and skills to beat their opponents.  This game is very centered on the individual while still offering the teams aspects and environment as well.  This camp is great for all levels of players and is a great introductory course into the game of Futsal and soccer.

San Ramon FC Soccer Camps

Directed by the highly qualified coaches from the San Ramon FC, the campers will participate in a 5 day camp focused on skill development by utilizing tactics, drills and games to learn and develop their soccer knowledge. This camp is geared toward the recreational player between the ages of 8 and 12.  We will accept a slightly younger player upon approval.  We look to teach the basic FUNdamentals of soccer in a very exciting, safe, and fun environment. 
Monday- Individual skills/dribbling:  This day is to get the players more familiar and comfortable with the ball at their feet.
Tuesday- Passing:  This day starts to introduce how to play in a small group, while giving more opportunities to develop their individual skills.
Wednesday- Shooting:  This day introduces proper shooting techniques so players can be more effective in finishing or kicking longer passes.
Thursday & Friday: These 2 days will provide an opportunity for all the players to play small an activity which is a series of small sided games that allows for the rotation of players every couple of minutes. All participants will receive a camp shirt.

On the Ball Volleyball Camps

Camp Director, Todd Baham, Varsity Women's Volleyball Coach at Cal High, will direct this weeklong volleyball camp focused on individual skill development of all ability levels, as well as team play and concepts.  Coach Baham has vast playing and coaching experience from youth to collegiate levels.  Staff will be comprised of current and former high school players with a camper to coach ratio of 8:1.
One on One Sports Camps
One on One Basketball Camp

Directed by One on One Basketball, this camp is designed for each participant to have fun while learning to become a better basketball player. The camps will emphasize skill development through teaching of contemporary basketball fundamentals. Participants will be able to improve their basic skills and develop new skills while also learning how to apply the skills to both individual and team situations. The camp will feature daily games and contests to create a more enjoyable experience for all participants. Areas covered include shooting, passing, ball handling moves, rebounding, post moves, transition, and defense. Staff to participant ratio: 1:10.

One on One LAX Camp

Do you want your child to learn how to play lacrosse? Do you want them to improve their skills and learn helpful new ones? Then join our coaches from One on One Sports as they run practice drills in the proper techniques for cradling, passing, and shooting. They will also learn proper defensive and offensive strategies. Join us for a pressure-free environment that focuses both on teamwork and fun! All levels welcome, both boys and girls.  Staff to participant ratio: 1:10.

One on One Flag Football Camp

Coaches from One on One Sports teach the fundamentals of football without the tackling  as they run practice drills focusing on proper techniques and skill development. They will also learn proper defensive and offensive strategies. Join us for a pressure-free environment that focuses both on teamwork and fun! All levels welcome, both boys and girls.  Staff to participant ratio: 1:10.

Dodgeball & Playground Games Camp

Directed by One on One Sports, camp staff will work with students on improving footwork speed, agility, and athleticism and eye-hand coordination. The dodgeball camp is a fun activity for all.  We make sure students are put in a safe environment making sure throws are not made above the shoulders.  Other playground games will be played such as capture the flag, tag, sharks and minnows and many more. Staff to student ration is 1:10.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics Camps

Rhythmic gymnastics camp includes: stretching exercises; classes in tumbling, ballet /creative dance; work on elements and routines with ribbons, jump rope, hoop, ball and clubs. Learn body sculpting, muscle toning work with a partner; games to develop coordination; and a seminar on nutrition.

Skateboarding Camps

Skateboarding is a fun and exciting sport that is easy to learn and a great way to be active. This camp will strengthen your balance and improve your skills. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or advanced. We've got something for everyone! Students must bring their own skateboard, pads and helmet.

Scooter Camps

Kids will be working on their balance, riding style and various tricks that are fun and easy to learn. Campers will learn from some of the top scooter riders in the Bay! Campers must bring their own scooter, pads and helmet.
Skyhawks Sports Camps
Golf Camp

Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player; SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided.  
Baseball Camp

Designed for children ages 3-4, this class introduces the essentials of baseball.  Through games and activities participants explore balance, hand/eye coordination and skill development.  Children must be toilet trained in order to participate.  The coach-to-participant ratio is approximately 6:1.

Mini Hawk Camp

This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. Baseball, basketball and soccer are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encouragement and fun. Through games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace. 
Multi Sport Camp

Our multi-sport camp is designed to introduce athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting.  Athletes will learn the rules and essentials skills of each sport along with vital life lessons such as respect and teamwork.

Track and Field Camp

Skyhawks Track & Field combines technical development, fundamental techniques, and safety with a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our staff teaches the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques. Participants put it all together for one fun-filled day at the Skyhawks track meet!

Club VIP Volleyball Camp
Youth and Teen Progressive Volleyball Camps

This camp will totally immerse you in the sport, giving you a high level of instruction and practice time in each skill area. Fundamental skills and proper mechanics will be taught for attacking, passing, digging, setting, serving and blocking. Fundamental training will include a strong emphasis on the hands, footwork, contact and movement skills needed for consistent and accurate delivery and control of the ball. This is an excellent camp for players of all levels; players are grouped and/or coached by age and experience. The camp will devote a different skill for each day and finish up with competition play that will be age appropriate. It is our hope that the camp will increase your love for volleyball.  Each participant will receive a Club V.I.P. t-shirt.
