Instructions to Prospective Plan Holders

1. Go to the City’s “Request for Proposals” page
   
   
2. Click on the “Yes” link under the “Additional Docs ?” link. You will be directed to
   San Ramon’s QuestCDN interface
   
   
3. All upcoming or currently bidding projects will be displayed on the left hand side of the
   page. You can click on the project name in which you are interested, or you can enter the QuestCDN ID number (listed in the Notice to Contractors) in the appropriate box and then hit “Search”.
   
   
4. You will be taken to the project page. You can view plans before purchasing or you can
   download all project documents available for purchase by clicking on “Download Project PDF”. If you are a first-time user, you will need to sign up for a FREE membership. Returning users, please skip to Step 7.
   
   
5. NEW USERS ONLY: Below the log in area, click “Join” to create a new account. For technical
