Recognition of Cayla Nava for Winning a Silver Medal in the 12 - 13 yr. old Girls Division in Basketball at the Junior Olympic Skills Competition at the US Olympic Training Center on July 24, 2009.  Presentation by Mayor Wilson.

Proclamation Declaring October 22, 2009 as “Lights on Afterschool Day”.  Presented to Parks and Community Services Commission Chair James Eaneman by Mayor Wilson.

Recognition of Robin Bartlett, Senior Engineer, as Employee of the Month for October 2009.  Presented by Mayor Wilson.

Resolution No. 2009-152 – Accepting Certain Trail Dedications and Improvements in RA 1149 for Maintenance (Windemere BLC, Land Development Company, LLC).

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2009-152. APPROVED 4-0; PERKINS ABSENT

8.2

Resolution No. 2009-153 – Approving the Form of and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Related Documents with Respect to the Sale of the Seller’s Proposition 1A Receivable from the State and Directing and Authorizing Certain Other Actions in Connection Therewith.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2009-153. APPROVED 4-0; PERKINS ABSENT

Resolution No. 2009-154 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Program Supplement Agreement No. N010 to Administering Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5437R with the State of California for Preliminary Engineering of the Alcosta Boulevard/Davona Drive Traffic Signal Improvements Project (CIP 5513), Federal Aid Project No. HSIPL-5437(021).

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2009-154. APPROVED 4-0; PERKINS ABSENT

Resolution No. 2009-155 – Accepting Certain Drainage Dedications, Easements, and Improvements in DA 0016 (a Portion of Alamo Creek) for Maintenance (Shapell Industries – Monarch, Veranda, and Gallery at Gale Ranch).

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2009-155. APPROVED 4-0; PERKINS ABSENT

Resolution No. 2009-156 – Authorizing the Appropriation of $227,807 from the Conditions of Approval Fund from the Dougherty Valley to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District for Additional Architectural Fees for the Aquatic Center and Performing Arts Center at Dougherty Valley High School.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2009-156. APPROVED 4-0; PERKINS ABSENT

Minute Order No. 2009-43 – Accepting Report on Status of Urgency Ordinance No. 417 (Establishing a 45 Day Moratorium on the Issuance of Any New, or Expansion of Any Existing, Massage Establishment or Massage Therapist Permits).
