Resolution No. 2010- 118 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Reimbursement Agreement with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to Purchase and Install Portable Classrooms for Teen Center Locations at Three Middle School Sites in an Amount Not to Exceed $178,000 and Approve an Appropriation of $70,000 from the Child Care Mitigation Fund to the Gale Ranch Middle School Modular Office & Classroom Capital Improvement Program (CIP No. 5527).
