Resolution No. 2011-049 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement with Drill Tech Drilling & Shoring, Inc. for the Construction of the Bollinger Creek Culvert Repair and Relining Project (CIP 5520) in an Amount Not to Exceed $2,115,266.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2011-049.

Resolution No. 2011-050 – Amending the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee Schedule and Approving the 2011 Strategic Expenditure Plan Update Pursuant to the Requirements of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2011-050.

Resolution No. 2011-051 – Authorizing a Budget Increase in the Amount of $395,000 for the Annual Pavement Management Project (CIP 5470) through an Appropriation of Gas Tax/Measure J Funds; and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement with G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. for the Construction of the Annual Pavement Management Project (CIP 5470) and Parking Lot Pavement Maintenance Project (CIP 5438) in an Amount Not to Exceed $2,162,993.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2011-051.
