Announcement of the Exchange Club of San Ramon Valley’s 9-11 Essay Contest Winners.  Presentation by Richard Price, President, and Karen Stepper, Past President, of the Exchange Club of the San Ramon Valley.

 

4.3

Recognition of the San Ramon Police S.W.A.T. Team for Participation in the Best in the West S.W.A.T. Competition: Sergeant Cary Goldberg, Sergeant Denton Carlson, Corporal Steve Brinkley, Officer Marty Echelmeier, Officer Nate Jones, Officer Dave Williams, and Officer Mike Green. Presentation by Police Chief Scott Holder.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Members of the audience are encouraged to address the City Council on any non-agenda item.  However, no Council action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment.  Those wishing to have an item brought before the City Council for consideration must request so during a City Council meeting.  Upon Council approval, the item will be placed on the Council Policy Committee Agenda for further consideration.

For the first round of Public Comment on non-agenda items, the first five people to submit Public Comment cards to the City Clerk will have three minutes to address the Council on matters not on the agenda.  The Public Comment cards must be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the commencement of the meeting.  Any additional Public Commenters will be accommodated later in the meeting.

Ordinance No. 433 – Amending Title A, General and Administration, Division A5, Boards and Commissions, Chapter II Planning Commission and Chapter IV Parks and Community Services Commission Membership Requirements. Staff Report

Resolution No. 2012-096 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Universal Building Services for Janitorial Services to Increase the Initial Three-Year Contract Amount by $600,000 for a Total Revised Three-Year Contract Amount Not to Exceed $1,050,000 and a Cumulative Five-Year Agreement Amount Not to Exceed $1,750,000.
