PUBLIC COMMENT

Members of the audience are encouraged to address the City Council on any non-agenda item.  However, no Council action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment.  Those wishing to have an item brought before the City Council for consideration must request so during a City Council meeting.  Upon Council approval, the item will be placed on the Council Policy Committee Agenda for further consideration.

For the first round of Public Comment on non-agenda items, the first five people to submit Public Comment cards to the City Clerk will have three minutes to address the Council on matters not on the agenda.  The Public Comment cards must be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the commencement of the meeting.  Any additional Public Commenters will be accommodated later in the meeting.

Minute Order No. 2012-036 – Accepting the Work by Southwest Construction and Property Management for the Construction of the San Ramon Police Department and Permit Center Roofing Repair Project as Part of the City Facilities Roof Covering Maintenance and Replacement (CIP 5433) as Complete and Authorizing the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office.

Recommendation:  Approve Minute Order No. 2012-036.

Resolution No. 2012-099 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Program Supplement Agreement No. 0J72 Rev. 000 to Administering Agency-State Agreement No. 00128S with the State of California for Safe Routes to School Project No. SR25L-5437(025) for the Funding of the Design and Construction of Phase 2 of the Bollinger Canyon Road Pedestrian Modifications Project (Monarch Road to Main Branch Road-Blueheart Way) (CIP 5533) and Appropriating $48,800 from the Transportation Improvement Fund to CIP 5533 for the Required Local Match Funds.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution No. 2012-099.

Resolution No. 2012-100 – Authorizing the Creation of a New CIP Project, Central Park Meadow Fountain Repair Project (CIP 5562), and Authorizing Funding Appropriations of $275,000 for CIP 5562 through a New Appropriation in the Amount of $194,676 from the City Beautification Fund and a Budget Transfer in the Amount of $80,324 from the Fountain Repairs and Replacement Project (CIP 5478) to CIP 5562.
