Resolution No. 2009-076 – Approving Amendments to the Tri-Valley Transportation Council Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement and Authorizing the San Ramon Representative to Endorse Said Amendments at the Tri-Valley Transportation Council Public Hearing. Staff Report

Resolution No. 2009-077 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 5 to the Existing Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. to Renew the Agreement for Tree Maintenance Services in a Total Annual Amount Not To Exceed $229,893. Staff Report
