Resolution PFA 2011-001 – Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of 2011 Refunding Certificates of Participation in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $14,500,000 to Refinance the Prior Certificates of Participation and Approving Related Leases, Documents, and Actions.
