MINUTES OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAMON – SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

June 18, 2011

A special meeting of the City Council of the City of San Ramon was held June 18, 2011 at 8:32 a.m. in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 2222 Camino Ramon, Mayor Wilson presiding.
PRESENT:  Councilmembers Perkins, Rowley, and Mayor Wilson.
ABSENT:  Councilmembers Hudson and Livingstone.
STAFF PRESENT:  City Manager Greg Rogers, Employee Services Division Manager Toni Renault, and Interim Administrative Services Director Eva Phelps, City Attorney Sheryl Schaffner, and Deputy City Clerk Renee Beck.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Wilson led those present in the pledge of allegiance.

CLOSED SESSION

Pursuant to Government Code § 54957 for City Council to meet with its Labor Negotiators: Eva Phelps, Toni Renault, and Greg Rogers concerning Negotiations with SEIU Local 1021.

At 8:34 a.m., the Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code § 54957 for the City Council to meet with its Labor Negotiators concerning negotiations with SEIU Local 1021.

At 8:58 a.m., Mayor Wilson reconvened the meeting.  Mayor Wilson, Vice Mayor Perkins, and Councilmember Rowley were in attendance.  Mayor Wilson reported that no action was taken by the Council on this item.

At 8:59 a.m., there being no further business, Mayor Wilson adjourned the meeting.
