ROAD AND LANDSCAPING PROJECTS:

ALCOSTA BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT - This project will provide for stabilizing the soil under the existing pavement in front of San Ramon Regional Medical Center, as well as pavement repair on Alcosta Boulevard from Norris Canyon Road to Bollinger Canyon Road.

BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project provides for the improvements to Bollinger Canyon Road between San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Alcosta Boulevard.

BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD/IRON HORSE TRAIL PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING - This project involves an initial analysis, public outreach and preliminary design study for removing bicycles and pedestrians from the at-grade crossing/intersection thereby improving the flow of vehicles traveling on Bollinger Canyon Road.

BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD MEDIAN LANDSCAPING PROJECT - This project will landscape the medians on Bollinger Canyon Road from Morgan Drive to Norris Canyon Road.

BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD PEDESTRIAN & SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Phase 2)- This project will modify intersections along Bollinger Canyon Road from N. Wedgewood Drive to Blueheart Way to improve pedestrian safety and traffic flow efficiency.

CITY SIGNAGE PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of City entry signage on Crow Canyon Road west of Bollinger Canyon Road and on Windemere Parkway east of Winside Lane. This project will also provide new interpretive signage for the Forest Home Farms.

CROW CANYON ROAD/IRON HORSE TRAIL PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING - This project involves an initial analysis, public outreach and preliminary design study for removing bicycles and pedestrians from the at-grade crossing/intersection thereby improving the flow of vehicles traveling on Crow Canyon Road.

IRON HORSE TRAIL LANDSCAPING AND BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT - This project will landscape sections on the Iron Horse Trail from the north City Limits to San Ramon Golf Course providing drinking fountains, park benches and trees for shade.

SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD MEDIAN LANDSCAPING PROJECT - This project will landscape the medians on San Ramon Valley Boulevard from Crow Canyon Road intersection going north approximately 200 feet, south approximately 260 feet , and east approximately 230 feet.

TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEE STUDY - This project will update the Traffic Mitigation fee to be consistent with the 2030 General Plan update.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECTS:

PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT DEVICES PROJECT - This project will install in-roadway lights and flashing signage at marked crosswalks to provide increased awareness of pedestrian activity. The locations include: Alcosta Boulevard at Fire Station No. 34 south driveway; Harcourt Way and Craiglee Drive; Talavera Drive at Cardona Circle (south); Windemere Parkway and Holborn Way; and Windemere Parkway and Kearny Way.

PARKS AND FACILITY PROJECTS:

ADA AND SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR PLAYGROUND UPGRADES PROJECT - This project will retrofit the playgrounds at various City parks to provide access to playground facilities in compliance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and compliance with Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) safety regulations. This year, Village Green Park and Old Ranch Park will be upgraded.

AQUATIC CENTER RESURFACING AND POOL RE-PLASTERING PROJECT - This project will replace the concrete decking around the pool and plaster the 50-meter pool.

CENTRAL PARK MEADOW FOUNTAIN REPAIR AND RENOVATION PROJECT - This project will repair the eastern area of the lake, and relocate the equipment in the existing underground vault to a new ground surface enclosed area.

CENTRAL PARK RESTORATION AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - This project will restore the aging park infrastructure, site amenities and enhancements to the existing park features. This will be a multi-year, phased project.

CENTRAL PARK TURF FIELD RENOVATION PROJECT - This project will renovate the original lighted grass soccer field (field 1) and two adjacent baseball/softball fields (fields 2&3) with new turf installation, irrigation/drainage improvements, and new baseball field backstop fence and fabric.

CITY FACILITIES SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of enhanced facility security measures at several of the City's highly used public facilities.

FOREST HOME FARMS - BUILDING 12 (BARN) PROJECT - This project will provide for the rehabilitation of the oldest building at the Farm, which is the 1,950 square foot barn. The work includes structural work, concrete footing, lighting and ADA accessibility.

LIBRARY EXPANSION AND RENOVATION PROJECT - This project will provide for analysis and renovation and expansion of the existing Library located on Market Place.

MIDDLE SCHOOL TEEN CENTER PORTABLES PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of new modular office and classroom on the campus of Iron Horse Middle School, as well as repairs to the existing portable at the Pine Valley Middle School.

SERVICE CENTER DIESEL FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of a new tank, fuel pump, and fuel monitoring system as well as upgrade the fuel pump for the unleaded tank.

SHADE STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of new shade structures throughout the City parks on a prioritization of need and availability of funding. The locations for this year includes: Sports Park, Old Ranch Park and Bark and Ride.

SKATE PARK RENOVATION AND REPAIR PROJECT - This project will repair the damaged concrete surfacing and some integral components of the Skate Park located at Central Park.

CREEK AND FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS:

CITYWIDE DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS - This project will fund repairs to City drainage infrastructure such as storm drains, culverts, and flood control channels.

OTHER PROJECTS :

CITY HALL PROJECT - This project will provide for the design and construction of a new 45,000 square foot City Hall to be located in Central Park. The work will be completed through a design-build agreement between the City and Sunset Development Company.

CITYWIDE AERIAL MAPPING AND GIS SUPPORT PROJECT - This project will provide for an aerial imaging of the City to capture the development and growth of the Dougherty Valley as well as additional mapping and GIS capital improvements.

GENERAL PLAN 2035 UPDATE PROJECT - This project will provide for the comprehensive update to the City's General Plan to respond to the adoption of the 2014-2022 Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) and the Sustainable Communities Strategy.

HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE 2014-2022 PROJECT - This project will provide for the update to the City's Housing Element to respond to the adoption of the 2014-2022 Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).

OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION PROJECT - This project will provide for the acquisition as well as preservation efforts of Citywide Open Space in cooperation and direction of the Open Space Advisory Committee.

SUMMERWOOD LOOP PATHS REPLACEMENT/REHABILITATION PROJECT - This project will provide for the rehabilitation and replacement of deteriorated asphalt concrete paths on Summerwood Loop, including the removal of damaging trees and tree roots.
