ROAD AND LANDSCAPING PROJECTS:

  1. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project provides for the improvements to Bollinger Canyon Road between I-680 to Canyon Lakes Drive.

  2. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD/IRON HORSE TRAIL PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING - This project will do initial analysis and design study for removing bicycles and pedestrians from the at-grade crossing/intersection thereby improving the flow of vehicles traveling on Bollinger Canyon Road.

  3. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD MEDIAN LANDSCAPING - This project will re-landscape the turf medians with drought tolerant plantings along Bollinger Canyon Road from Morgan Drive to Crow Canyon Road.

  4. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD PEDESTRIAN MODIFICATION - This project will modify intersections along Bollinger Canyon Road from Canyon Lakes Drive to Blueheart Drive to improve pedestrian safety and traffic flow efficiency.

  5. CITY SIGNAGE PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of City entry signage on Crow Canyon Road east of Bollinger Canyon Road.

  6. PARKING LOT PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE - This project will provide for resurfacing of the parking lots at City parks and facilities.

  7. PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT – This yearly project involves identifying, calculating costs, and repairing the streets maintained by the City.

  8. PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT DEVICES PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of devices like in-roadway lights and flashing yellow beacons at locations where drivers benefit from the increased awareness of pedestrian activity.

  9. PURDUE ROAD EXTENSION - This project will extend Purdue Road westerly from Omega Drive for approximately 500 feet to connect to the future Faria Preserve Parkway.

  10. SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT - This project will improve the streetscape and landscape to beautify the pedestrian and visual environment on San Ramon Valley Boulevard from Crow Canyon Road to the northern City Limits.

  11. SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION - This project will provide for street rehabilitation of San Ramon Valley Boulevard from Bollinger Canyon Road to Montevideo Drive.

  12. TRAFFIC CALMING PROGRAM - This project will provide for the installation of traffic calming devices at various locations as requested and evaluated as appropriate.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECTS:

  1. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD/DAVONA DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION PROJECT - This project will provide for new traffic signal poles with mast arms at Alcosta Boulevard and Davona Drive intersection.

PARKS AND FACILITY PROJECTS:

  1. COMMUNITY CENTER FRONT COUNTER & OFFICE AREA RENOVATION - This project will provide an ADA and ergonomic upgrade of the front office/counter area.

  2. FOREST HOME FARMS - WINDMILL & TANK INSTALLATION - This project will provide the structural base for installation of the historic windmill the City has acquired as well as the installation of redwood tank which will be installed on top of the tank house.

  3. PARK IRRIGATION BOOSTER PUMP INSTALLATION PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of a Flowtronics irrigation booster pump to increase the current PSI to provide optimum performance.

  4. PUBLIC ART IN PARKS PROJECT - This project will provide for a commissioned piece of public art for City parks throughout the City.

  5. SAN RAMON OLYMPIC POOL RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN - This project will update the Hazard Review component of the Risk Management Plan (RMP), which includes an update to the seismic evaluation, and the completion of any necessary seismic upgrades to the maintenance building at the Olympic Pool. 

CREEK AND FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS:

  1. CITYWIDE DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE STUDY PROJECT - This project will create a digital inventory of key drainage infrastructure of the City which include bridges and culverts.

OTHER PROJECTS :

  1. HOOPER WIDENING PROJECT - This project will construct approximately 350 feet of roadway widening on the south side of Hooper Drive from San Ramon Valley Boulevard westerly complete with curb, gutter, sidewalk and streetlights.

  2. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS - Annual Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Repairs throughout the City.
