At this time, those in the audience are encouraged to address the Geologic Hazard Abatement District No. 1990-01 Board on any item not already included in tonight’s agenda. No Board action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Board for consideration must request so during an Agency meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR

Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Geologic Hazard Abatement District No. 1990-01 Board with a single action.  Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Board remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

Geologic Hazard Abatement District No.  1990-01 (GHAD) – Adopt Resolution GHAD No. 2009-006 – Accepting Ownership of Certain Open Space Parcels in Gale Ranch Phase 2 (APNs 222-240-012,
222-250-108, 222-260-085, 222-320-110, 222-240-021, 222-240-023, 222-430-133, 222-280-012, 222-280-019 and 222-280-021). Staff Report

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution GHAD 2009-006.
