At this time, those in the audience are encouraged to address the Geologic Hazard Abatement District No. 1990-01 Board on any item not already included in tonight’s agenda. No Board action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Board for consideration must request so during an Agency meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR

Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Geologic Hazard Abatement District No. 1990-01 Board with a single action.  Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Board remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

Geologic Hazard Abatement District No. 1990-01 (GHAD) – Approve Fiscal Year 2010/11 Engineer’s Report and Updated Reserve Fund Study and Adopt Resolution GHAD 2010-001 – Resolution of Intention to Order Assessments for GHAD No. 1990-01 for Fiscal Year 2010/11 and Set a Public Hearing for May 25, 2010.

Recommendation:  Adopt Resolution GHAD 2010-001.
