The City of San Ramon's Emergency Home Repair Grant
Emergency Minor Home Repair Grant Program
The Emergency Home Repair Grant Program offers income eligible households with up to $5,000 of grant assistance to perform health and safety home repairs.
Future funding for the Grant Program has been eliminated, and all remaining funds are being allocated for those projects of a health and safety code nature on a first come first serve basis.
City Services and Assistance
Home repair grants are awarded on a competitive basis according to a priority rating determined during the initial City inspection. City staff will work with the homeowner to determine the scope of repair work, determine work priority for funding, the order of work completion, prepare project specifications, complete City-provided documentation, provide assistance in bidding process, and process direct payment to the contractor upon approved work completion.
