Request: Staff is requesting a continuation of the preliminary architectural review initiated on March 12, 2015, to provide additional comments and direction to staff and the applicant.
The project site is comprised of two properties located at the southwest corner of San Ramon Valley Blvd. and Deerwood Rd., commonly known as “Outpost” and “Windmill Farms”. The project is a mixed use development consisting of 173 apartments, a 2,477 sq. ft. commercial space, Live/Work units and incorporates the existing 6,200 sq. ft. Windmill Farms produce market.
