Request: Staff is requesting for preliminary architectural review of a mixed use development.  The project site is on two properties located at the southwest corner of San Ramon Valley Blvd. and Deerwood Rd. commonly known as the “Outpost” and “Windmill Farms”.  The project consists of a 176-unit apartment complex with a new 2,477 sq. ft. ground level retail space and the existing 6,200 sq. ft. Windmill Farms produce market.

Recommendation: Architectural Review with comments to the Applicant and Staff.
