Request: Final Architectural Review of the proposed Master Sign Program Amendment for the Gateway shopping center.
Location: 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd. (APN: 211-040-015)
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Architectural Review Board review and discuss the proposed Master Sign Program Amendment in the context of site conditions and the requested ARB modifications and provide direction to the applicant and staff, and if appropriate, grant final architectural review with a recommendation to the Zoning Administrator.
