Request: Architectural Review of minor revisions to the previously approved Senior Care facility’s building architecture and landscape plans.  The Project is generally consistent with the Project approved by Planning Commission Resolution 09-15 and previously reviewed the ARB on July 9, 2015 with minor modifications to the building massing, architectural detailing and landscape palette.

Recommendation: That the Architectural Review Board review and discuss the proposed Summit Senior Care Facility revisions in the context of site conditions and provide direction to the applicant and staff; and if appropriate, grant Final Architectural Review with a recommendation to the Zoning Administrator.
