    Request: The applicant is proposing to develop 43 single-family, large lot homes, along with the provision of street improvements, landscaping, utilities, a tot lot, and other improvements. The homes would be clustered on the 16-acre portion of the site zoned Hillside Residential such that the minimum lot size would be 12,500 square feet. To meet the applicable affordable housing requirements, the applicant is proposing to provide a total of 12 second dwelling units (SDUs), representing 28 percent of the total number of housing units, which would be deed-restricted as affordable to lower income households.

Location: Northwest corner of the intersection of Bollinger Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Road, adjacent to but outside of the municipal boundaries of the City of San Ramon (APN: 208-240-039).

Recommendation: Preliminary Architectural Review with Comments to the Applicant and Staff
