REQUIRED DOCUMENT SUBMITTAL
(Please provide three (3) complete sets)

  • Return three (3) sets of revised plans, two (2) sets of supporting documentation, one (1) set of originally submitted plans, an itemized written response and a re-submittal request form.

  • Submit to the Permit Specialist at the Building and Safety Services counter. He/she will ask the Planning Division to review (note: under most circumstances, Planning Division review can be performed over-the-counter).

  • Permit Specialist date stamps request form. He/she date stamps "received" on all documentation, enters information into computer and routes as required. Plans are routed and recheck begins.

  • Resubmittal turnaround times vary.  Permit staff will let you know the processing time for plan check resubmittals.
