2024 FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The San Ramon Art and Wind Festival offers sponsorship levels and benefits packages for the Memorial Day Festival, which include on-site opportunities, branding inclusion on collateral materials, online and in-media announcements, social media promotions, parking passes for staff and clients, and much more. A sponsorship package can also be customized to meet the unique needs of your business.   

San Ramon Small Business Sponsor - $1,000
Deadline 10 weeks before event – (March 29)

  • Sponsor Criteria:
    • San Ramon Small Business with no more than 25 employees
    • Must be a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) or Sole-Proprietor
  • Limit of 10 Sponsors
  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo displayed on the City of San Ramon event webpage
  • Festival space (6’x6’) provided at event to distribute marketing materials

Corporate Sponsor - $2,000
Deadline 10 weeks before event - (March 29)

  • Limit  of10 Sponsors
  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo in included in most marketing materials
    • (includes website, social media, emails and program)
    • (Poster and Postcard not included)
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials at the festival
  • Festival Booth space (10’x10’) with table provided at event in premium location
    • Canopy available upon request
  • 2 Parking Passes
  • 2 Signed Art & Wind Festival artist posters    

Kid's Zone Festival Sponsor -  $3,000
Deadline  10 weeks before event – (March 29)

  • Total of  1 Sponsor
  • Sponsor banner placed at Kid’s Zone
  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo on the front cover of the festival program
  • Name and logo in premium position for all marketing materials
    • (including website, social media, emails and program cover)
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials at the festival
    • Festival Booth available upon request
  • Recognized as presenting sponsor of Kid’s Zone
  • 3 Parking Passes to the Festival
  • 3 Signed Art & Wind Festival artist posters  

Professional Kite Flyers Area Sponsor - $5,000
Deadline 10 weeks before event - (March 29)

  • Limit of 1 Sponsor
  • Sponsor banner placed at Kite Flyer performance and demonstration area
  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo on the front cover of the festival program
  • Name and logo in premium position for all marketing materials
    • (including website, social media, emails and program cover)
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials at the festival

Community Stage Sponsor - $5,000
Deadline 10 weeks before event - (March 29)

  • Limit 1 Sponsor
  • Sponsor banner placed at Alcosta Community Stage
  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo on the front cover of the festival program
  • Name and logo in premium position for all marketing materials
    • (including website, social media, emails,and program cover)
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials at the festival

  • Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
  • Sponsor logo on the front cover of the festival program
  • Sponsor logo on inside cover of summer activity guide
  • Name and logo in premium position for all marketing materials
    • (including website, social media, emails and program cover)
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials
    • Festival Booth available upon request
  • Recognized as presenting sponsor of Main Stage
  • Recognized as Title Festival sponsor along with City of San Ramon
  • Live acknowledgement as Title Festival Sponsor during performances at all stages (4)

To pay by credit card contact Kathy Schiller at kschiller@sanramon.ca.gov for instructions. Payment IN FULL is due at the time of application. No installment payments. For vendor or festival application information, please call (925) 973-3277.

Allow two weeks for application review and notification of acceptance. Once the application has been accepted, fees are non-refundable


I, the undersigned, in consideration of participation in the San Ramon Art and Wind Festival, agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the City of San Ramon and its employees from any and all liability for damages, both actual compensatory and consequential, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, including death, as well as for damages to property, which may arise out of participating in this event.
