Tiny Tots

This program works by getting children involved in the game immediately. Specifically designed nets and color coded balls (Red, Orange, Green) created by the USTA have revolutionized the game for beginner players. Within the first hour of stepping on to the court, children are playing the game, rallying with one another, and having fun. Players gain confidence as they see immediate progress, and are enthusiastic about continuing to play and improve. Student to instructor ratio is 6:1.

Youth Tennis Classes

This program works by getting children involved in the game immediately. Players gain confidence as they see immediate progress, and are enthusiastic about continuing to play and improve. An introduction to tennis strokes using orange balls with an emphasis on running and hitting the ball within a few classes.

High Performance Tennis

Level 1
High Level competition with a strong emphasis on conditioning, getting players ready to compete in Open Level UTSA Tournament play. Please note: This class is instructor invitation only, must get approval from Arora Tennis before registering.

Level 2
Players in this class are already competing in USTA Open level tournaments and or have already participated in Junior Varsity / Varsity level High School Tennis. Drills, point paly, technique advancement, conditioning will all be emphasized. Please Note: placement in this class is by Instructor approval only. Player that may not fit this level may be moved up or down a level. 

Level 3
Players in this class are already competing in USTA Championship level tournaments and or have participated in upper Varsity level High School Tennis. Drills, point paly, technique advancement, conditioning will all be emphasized. Please Note: placement in this class is by Instructor approval only. Player that may not fit this level may be moved up or down a level. 

Level 4
Players in this class are already competing in USTA National level tournaments and/or have participated in top Varsity level High School Tennis. Drills, point paly, technique advancement, conditioning will all be emphasized. Please Note: placement in this class is by Instructor approval only. Player that may not fit this level may be moved up or down a level. 

Level 5
Players in this class are already competing in the UTSA National Level Tournaments and/or have participated in top varsity level High School Tennis. Drills, point play, technique advancement, and conditioning will all be emphasized. Please note: placement in this class is by instructor approval only. Players that may not fit this level may be moved up or down a level.

Arora Junior Team Practice

This class is for players currently competing in USTA Orange Ball Tournaments. Drills, point play, tournament strategy and conditioning will take your player to the next competitive level. Bonasera Tennis
Program founder Joyce Bonasera has 10 years of experience teaching tennis in San Ramon serving as high school and recreational coach. In his time in San Ramon, he has developed top ranked junior players and adult NTRP in Northern California. 

Elite Tournament Tennis Training
Train effectively, improve stroke production, shot selection and court sense. Players will be participating in high intensity drills, fitness, video analysis and match play. *All players must be approved by Joyce Bonasera. 
Club V.I.P. Volleyball

Club VIP Level 1 Progressive Volleyball

The skills class is for beginners to volleyball. Interested players will be taught how to pass, set, serve, and spike in a fun atmosphere.  Our hopes are to establish a great foundation that will excite them to continue to Club V.I.P.’s Recreational Leagues. 

Club VIP Level 2 Girls Rec Volleyball Team
The purpose of the Club V.I.P. League is to give young athletes in the local area the opportunity to learn, play, and enjoy the sport of volleyball. The matches will be on weekdays on different days of the week. Schedule for matches will be on www.clubviprec.com
Fencing

Fencing

Foil and Saber fencing classes teach the beginner, intermediate and advanced fencers the rules, techniques and strategies of fencing with emphasis on footwork, blade work, safety and most importantly FUN! Classes consist of warm up exercises, agility and footwork drills, fencing strategy, blade work practice. Followed by supervised matches between fencers. The idea is to get the students fencing quickly, exercising physically while learning the art and sport of fencing. 




Gymnastics
Tiny Tumbler Gymnastics

This class is designed to enhance your child's motor development skills, balance, coordination, and confidence. Emphasis is placed on developing beginning gymnastic skills in a fun and social environment and also introducing children to learn to participate in a structured class without their parents. Equipment incorporated into the class includes gymnastic mats, single bars, double bars, balance beams, vaulting blocks, incline and barrel mats, ladders, bouncers and spring board, parachutes, rhythm sticks, tunnels, and various other equipment. Music games and group activities are incorporated into the class. 
Hot Shot Badminton

Hot Shot Badminton

This course provides fun and energetic lessons in the fundamentals of badminton techniques and rules. Through the course students will develop skills knowledge and technique of footwork, backhand, forehand, clears drops, drives and smashes. Students will learn to rally, hit, serve, and smash the birdie through fun skill building drills of badminton, including rally contests, mini match games and full match games using the 21 point rally scoring system. Students will be grouped based on skill level.

Join our Traditional Karate program and discover the fun and challenges of Karate-Do! Our program instills politeness, discipline and self-esteem in the students' lives as they work towards earning their Black Belt. Our motto is 'Achieving Excellence Through Efforts.' Includes fun-action-packed activities to build strength, balance and coordination. 

Beginner: White Belts to Orange Belts

Little Dribblers Basketball

Little Dribblers: Fundamentals (Ages 3-4), (Ages 5-6), (Ages 7-8) 

Designed to introduce the sport of basketball at each ages group and develop motor skills and eye-hand coordination through fun drills and games. Young hoopsters will learn the fundamentals of bouncing, catching, and shooting.

Little Dribblers: Advanced Fundamentals (Ages 5-6), (Ages 7-8)

Designed to develop a young hoopster’s knowledge and ability to participate in an age appropriate game of basketball! Participants will be introduced to defensive and offensive skills and concepts.  Short 3 on 3 and/or 5 on 5 scrimmages each class will introduce the flow and excitement of a real basketball game!

Little Dribblers: Game Play! (Ages 5-6), (Ages 7-8)

Get on the court and play! Designed to let young hoopsters apply their skills in scrimmages! Teams will be formed each class to participate in 3 on 3 tournaments or 5 on 5 scrimmages. Staff will serve as referees and coaches.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics - Ages 4+

Level 1-2 (Ages 4-9):
Participants will learn about the women's Olympic sport of rhythmic gymnastics which combines tumbling, coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, concentration skills and creativity together with music appreciation are emphasized. Girls will enjoy floor exercises with ribbon, hoop, ball and jump rope. Leotards or sweat suits and cotton socks recommended.

Level 3-5 (Ages 6-12):
Participants will learn new elements and tricks with ball, hoop, rope and ribbon. Gymnasts will improve flexibility, muscle tone, learn progressive Junior Olympic team skills and participate in a performance.
