Clay Play Camp Confirmation

Construct hand-made art by molding and building with a wide variety of materials. We will use paper, clay, pipe cleaners, egg cartons, colorful wires and more! Small motor skills are enhanced as we design objects to create one-of-a-kind treasures.

ON THE FARM PRESCHOOL CAMP

On the Farm Preschool Camp Confirmation

Old MacDonald had a farm and so does San Ramon!  Come enjoy a week of camp at Forest Home Farms, City of San Ramon's Historic Park.  We'll learn about farm life, try some old-fashioned chores, visit the chickens and sheep, explore organic gardens, create corn and scarecrow art, paint mud on a pig, and make a touch and feel duck. There will also be games, arts & crafts, story time and much more!! 
$25 Materials fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp.

RIBBIT, CLUCK, BUZZ - ANIMAL ART & SCIENCE

Ribbit, Cluck, Buzz - Animal Art & Science Confirmation

Combine art and science while learning about animals! Get a close-up look at the animal and explore simple facts about them. We will read and learn about the animal's habitat and features, rotate through some fun activities such as animal matching; count that animal, and animal sorting. We will then do an art project inspired by the animal and how they live.

PAINT aND CREATE

Paint and Create Confirmation

Does your child love to paint and create art? We'll have a blast creating and painting projects on paper, cardboard, boxes, and foam! We will use quirky tools like bubble wrap, corks, forks, pasta and tissue to paint and various mediums including watercolor paint, and glitter paint.  There are no sneak-peeks until Friday, when we host our own Art Show, for everyone to come and see!

SCIENCE BEGINNINGS

Science Beginnings Confirmation
We are bringing together our favorite chemistry and life science topics in an exciting experiment-based camp.  Scientific concepts are introduced through fun and stimulating experiments. Life science topics include examining super worms, lady bugs, and crickets, and learning their habitat and environment. The chemistry section explores fizz, slime, goop, and experiments that ooze and bubble. Think Dry Ice!  A detailed worksheet and take home experiments included.

KINDERBOTS

KinderBOTS Confirmation
Instructor: Tiny Techs Club
Spend a week building your child's creativity through science and technology! Designed exclusively for younger children, our KinderBOTS program has a strong focus on introducing simple engineering concepts to tiny tots in a fun, hands-on way! What is a PULLEY? Where do we see it? Can I build one?  Children will be provided with a kit and a computer to work on - Small class size ensures plenty of help, guidance and one-on-one attention. All children will be taught how to program their robot using simple drag-and-drop programming.

PLANET HEROS
Our 'Planet Heroes' are training to save our planet for all of our future generations, but they have to learn by example. Campers learn about the habitats of wiggly worms, creepy crawlies, furry and feathered friends and their homes. Observe ornithology in action, dissect an owl pellet, and peruse the worlds of predators and prey. Adventure through Earth's ecosystems, and explore what we can do to help Mother Nature. Take-home projects included each day!

MY FIRST LAB
Preschoolers receive a great introduction to science and explore their sense of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Campers use a magnifying glass to discover the world of creepy crawly creatures. Explore the science of the sea and the fascinating creatures that live there. Campers become paleontologists by searching for fossils and participating in a mini dinosaur dig. Finally, take an exciting mission with Mad Science to explore the planets, moons and stars. Take-home projects included each day!

FUTURE GENIUSES
Inspire young minds with the hands-on science program! Tailored for pre-school and kindergarteners, this camp will use the scientific method to uncover the mysteries of motion and energy. We will experiment with everything from color to structures, and from music to space! Each day includes a related take home project young geniuses will enjoy beyond class time. Come have fun in this interactive and engaging camp.
