Happy Scholars Preschool Program

Our new innovative preschool program is an enriching educational experience where students form the foundations necessary to be ready to learn. A rigorous curriculum provides an array of educational opportunities to learn preschool foundations in math, language arts, social studies, art, music, science, and physical education, using the California Preschool Learning Foundations and guided by the Kindergarten Common Core Standards. In this well-structured class, students are introduced to the alphabet with Zoo-Phonics, we will begin the “Handwriting Without Tears Program,” and students participate in interactive science experiments and art projects. Each class offers time for small focus groups where children work directly with the teacher in the areas of math and writing, at their own level. Communication with parents is provided weekly via e-mails with news, updates and extension activities. Children must be completely responsible for their own bathroom needs.  Children must meet the age requirement as of December 1, 2016.

San Ramon Community Center at Central Park

Open registration begins July 29 for the September session ONLY.  Registrants in the September session will receive priority registration for the next session.  If space is available after priority registration, registration will be open to the public beginning on September 29.

Happy Scholars Parent Orientation
All parents/guardians must attend the mandatory orientation prior to the start of the session.
