Ways to file a NON-EMERGENCY Police Report:

  1. File an ONLINE Police Report by clicking here

  2. Call the non-emergency dispatch number 925-973-2779 and a dispatcher will put you in contact with an police officer that can assist you.

  3. During normal business hours Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 6:00pm, go to the Police Station at 2401 Crow Canyon Rd and request to speak to an officer.

  4. During non-business hours, utilize the emergency phone located outside the Police Station that connects to dispatch for citizens.

Answer: If your incident is an emergency, call 911. If non-emergency call 925-973-2700.

Question: What if this happened in another city can I file a report using this online police citizen reporting system?
Answer: No, If a crime took place outside of the City of San Ramon Police Department please call the police department for that city.

Question: What if this happened on a state Freeway?
Answer: If this took place on a state Freeway please call the Highway Patrol Office nearest you.
