1. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Chair Gordon Kimber at 6:30 p.m.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES
M/S/C/U (Riggs/Simmons) to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2007 as written (3-0).

4. UNFINISHED EW BUSINESS
4.1 Tow Ordinance Update
Lisa Bobadilla reported that the Tow Ordinance has been submitted to the City Council for adoption. The signage/street markings have been ordered and installation should occur in mid-March. Notification has been sent to the sports league teams, Cal High, Police Department, and Aquatic Center. Ms. Bobadilla stated she will discuss the towing ordinance action plan with Councilmember Perkins which was requested at the February TAC meeting.
Ms. Bobadilla introduced Sgt. Dave White of the Police Department. Sgt. White replaced Sgt. Walt Holtz who left the City.
4.2 County Connection Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) Status Report
Harvey Riggs reported that the CAC workplan he discussed at the last TAC meeting was approved by the County Connection Board of Directors. The workplan will be agendized at a later meeting.
4.3 Active Residential Traffic Calming Streets Status Report
PJ Sekhon gave an update on the active residential traffic calming streets. She reported that Country View did not meet the warrant criteria for traffic calming. PJ also gave the following updates (1) Terra Alta/Athens Drive, traffic counts will be scheduled. (2) Harcourt Way, Police will provide selective enforcement (3) Canyon Crest Drive, there was no speeding problem based on the traffic counts she conducted (4) Bollinger Canyon Road, PJ will revisit the request for yield to pedestrian signage, conduct observations, and check the accident history report.
4.4 Weymouth Court Permit Parking Update
Lisa Bobadilla reported that the Council Resolution is in place. As soon as soon as the curb markings and signage are installed, enforcement will start. A letter is going out to residents in the Cal High neighborhood stating that Weymouth Court has permit parking 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm.
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 TAC Annual Report to the City Council
The TAC Annual Report is scheduled to go to the City Council on March 13, 2007 at 7 pm. Staff will put together a staff report and a Power Point presentation that will include TAC public hearings for 2006, Safe Routes to School Report, and TAC activities for 2006. The City Council will also appoint three TAC members at the March 13th meeting
