The meeting was called to order by Chair Chris Weeks at 11:36 a.m.

4.1 Transportation Commuter Fairs/Events
Darlene Amaral, Transportation Analyst, provided the update. She stated that this year she has scheduled several transportation commuter events. Ms. Amaral stated that she continues to attend monthly transportation events at AT&T, and is currently working with committee member Sandy Austin on transportation events that will assist the Pleasanton AT&T employees that will move into the San Ramon AT&T. Ms. Amaral stated that she is also working with Bishop Ranch on several relocations for PG&E employees. Chair Weeks stated that Bishop Ranch will also start attending transportation events at Chevron.
Action Items: Ms. Amaral to continue work on transportation events.
4.2 Bike to Work Day 2013
Ms. Amaral stated that Bike to Work Day 2013 was held on May 9, 2013. Ms. Amaral stated that Bishop Ranch, City of San Ramon, and Whole Foods collaborated together for an energizer station along the Iron Horse Trail and Bollinger Canyon Road. Ms. Amaral stated that between the 7 energizer stations within the Southwest Contra Costa region they were all provided with 511 Contra Costa supplies, and approximately 950 cyclists stopped and enjoyed refreshments and giveaways.

4.3 511 CC Countywide Employer Survey
Ms. Amaral stated that she is in talks with 511 on setting up a survey that employers can fill out, and having a consultant to compile the data. Ms. Amaral stated that the City of Pleasanton is working with 511 on an employer survey for data, employers in Pleasanton fill out the survey, and 511 provides the data to Pleasanton. Ms. Amaral stated that she wants to reduce the cost of the RFP for the survey, to focus funding on incentives for filling out the survey. Ms. Amaral stated that she would like to work with the committee on picking a week/timeframe for the survey. Ms. Amaral stated that Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) Transportation Funding for Clean Air (TFCA) funds are for employers trying to change commute habits, and not for surveying residents. Ms. Amaral stated that Measure J funds may be used for survey residents, and funding for that will not be available in the next fiscal year. Chair Weeks stated that he is interested in surveying residents commute patterns.
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Elect Vice Chair
The TDM Advisory Committee Vice Chair will be voted on at the next regularly scheduled meeting due to lack of all committee members present at the meeting.
5.2 Spare the Air 2013
Ms. Amaral stated that summer Spare the Air has commenced, and encouraged committee members to register on the Spare the Air website to receive Spare the Air Day alerts. Ms. Glaser asked if there was a phone application for Spare the Air, committee members stated that they are not sure if there is one. Ms. Amaral stated that you can receive alerts by phone, email, and text message.
