A “Parks Make Life Better” (PMLB) event was held at Bellingham Square Park. This was the second PMLB event to be held at Bellingham Square Park this year. The goal of the two PMLB events was to paint the entire 1700 linear feet of metal split rail fence surrounding the park. Thirty-one volunteers, which included Boy Scout Troop 805 and local volunteers, attended. The volunteers painted the remaining 940 linear feet of metal split rail fence. The paint used should extend the life of the fence for 3-5 years. If you would like information on how to participate in future PMLB events please visit: https://citylights.volunteerhub.com/
