San Ramon Valley Unified School District

  • San Ramon Valley Unified School District offers Free Meals to all children 18 years of age and under.
    This is a drive-up service that incorporates COVID-19 safety practices including social distancing, masks and sanitation.  It is a Grab & Go style service for parents and guardians to pick up free meals for their children. There are currently 16 sites operating.  No identification is needed to pick up meals.  For more information, click here.

Contra Costa County

  • Meals on Wheels provides meals to Contra Costa residents 60 years of age or older, who are homebound and unable to purchase or prepare regular nutritious meals for themselves, and have no one else available to do so.

  • The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties distributes food directly to people in need through several programs.

  • CalFresh Food is offering application assistance to those interested in a CalFresh Card, which enables residents to buy food at participating grocery stores and Farmers' Markets. 

  •  Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa County is continuing to serve the Contra Costa Community through "to-go" meals and pre-filled bags with food pantry items.

Community Organizations

  • Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church's Community Care Pantry is providing food and select items to help bridge the gap during this time. Through December 2021, the Pantry is open on Mondays, from 10–11 a.m. Beginning in January 2022, the pantry will be open on the first Monday of each Month, from 10–11 a.m. Registration is not required, but helps with administrative details, including text reminders, special offerings, and updates phone numbers submitted through the form. Families in need of pantry items and sponsors interested in making donations can sign up here.
