The Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday 12pm-5pm and both theaters have box office service one hour before showtime.

What happens if I am late to a performance?

In order to be courteous to both the audience and the performers, patrons who arrive late may be asked to wait until there is an appropriate point in the performance to seat your party. Additionally, the house manager may request that you take the first open seat until intermission, at which time you can move to your originally assigned seats.

How can I rent either the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center or Front Row Theater for an event?

In order to get more information on renting the theatres, please contact the theatre manager, Linda Dennis, directly at (925) 973-3345 or [email protected].

Where can I find a calendar of all upcoming events?

A calendar with all upcoming events for both of our venues can be found here

What age does my child qualify for the “youth” ticket price when offered and at what age do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant?

When offered, the youth ticket is generally is for any child age 12 and under, though this can differ from show to show. In most cases a ticket must be purchased for anyone entering the theatre. For more information concerning a specific show please contact our Box Office at (925) 973-3343.

Please note that this is live theatre and the material presented may not be suitable for young audiences. Please contact the box office for specific details on the show that you are considering bringing young children too.

What are your ticket fees?

There is a $1 fee that is included in every ticket for the San Ramon Cultural Growth Fund. This fund directly benefits your theatre experience by providing ongoing funding to upgrade the theater technical equipment as well as some assistance funding for performing groups. It is included in the price for all tickets sold. When buying tickets online, initially the ticket price will be listed without the Cultural Growth fee, it will be added later to the ticket total cost as you complete your order.

Additionally, there is a $3 transaction fee that applies to all online orders. This is the direct cost of service for processing your ticket order online. Tickets purchased by phone or through the box office do not incur the $3 fee.
