Government 101 - Spring 2022

The San Ramon City Clerk's Office hosts “San Ramon Government 101” - a class designed to enhance residents' understanding of city government, and encourage participation in the City’s committees, commissions, and other volunteer opportunities. Previous class evaluations elicited these participant responses: “This was wonderful! Greater appreciation for all that it takes to run, and manage, maintain our great City.” and “Great program! I am proud to be a San Ramon resident.”

The classes will be held on Mondays starting on February 21, 2022.  The course runs for eight weeks.  Each class begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.  Sessions will be held in different City facilities based on the presenting department.  There will be a formal recognition of class participants at a City Council meeting.
