Recreation Swim Program

Recreation Swim is located at the San Ramon Olympic Pool & Aquatic Park and at the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center. Check Summer Recreation schedule for available hours.  

  • Drop-In participation is available during current recreation swim hours.  Participants will pay at the front desk by swim pass, credit card, or cash.  Swim passes are available for purchase online at www.sanramonrecguide.com. 
  • Showers and locker rooms are open. 
  • Inner tubes and lifejackets are available for use during recreation swim.

Swim Fee & All Swim Pass

The All Swim Pass can be used whether you want to lap swim or water walk, come by yourself of bring friends. The All Swim Pass is flexible to meet your needs. The All Swim Pass can be used by your whole family - one entry required per person, per visit.

All ages swim for the same price. The All Swim Pass is flexible to meet your needs for recreation swim and lap swim and offered at a great savings.

Recreation Swim for Summer Camps

Looking for a great way to incorporate a fun activity into your summer camp program?  We are now taking reservations for Recreation Swim for Summer Camps at the San Ramon Olympic Pool and Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center.  

Benefits of the Recreation Swim for Summer Camps program include:

  • Guaranteed entry for groups with 20+ members 
  • Skip the line with special camp entrance
  • Chaperones enter free 

To be considered for this program your group must have 20+ campers, provide required insurance requirements, and make a reservation in advance.

All regular recreation swim fees apply to summer camps.  Chaperones are free of charge for groups with a minimum of 20 campers.   For more information on fees visit the Daily Fee, All Swim Pass, & Family Pass above.

.  Due to the popularity of recreation swim, we have established a limit to the number of campers we can allow at our facilities on a daily basis. We can accommodate 300 campers at the San Ramon Olympic Pool and Dougherty Valley aquatic Center. 

Depending on daily attendance and capacities large groups without a reservation may have to wait to enter the facility until other guests/camps leave and more space is available.  When allowed into the facility they will enter through the normal entrance.

Looking for an easy way to take the party out of your house? Bring it to the pool! Picnic areas can accommodate between 25-50 people and reservations include discounted entry into the pool for you and your guests.
