The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for On-Call Miscellaneous Solid Waste Consulting Services.

Requests for Information. Questions or objections relating to the RFQ, Agreement, the attachments hereto, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Jonette Fuentes, Administrative Analyst at jfuentes@sanramon.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 11, 2024 (the “Request for Information Deadline”). Any questions or objections that are not submitted in the manner specified and by the Request for Information Deadline will be deemed waived. City will not be bound by the oral representations of any City official, employee, or representative.

Submittal InstructionsSOQs must be received by the City by or before Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (“SOQ Deadline”). Respondent must submit one original and one (1) identical copy of the SOQ in a sealed envelope labeled with Respondent’s name and return address, marked “SOQ for On-Call Miscellaneous Solid Waste Consulting Services,” and addressed as follows:

The City of San Ramon (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its 25 Meter Lap Pool Replaster, as part of the San Ramon Olympic Pool Equipment Replacement Project (CIP 925479) (“Project”), by or before October 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at  office of the City Clerk, located at 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each Bid Proposal must be completed, using the form provided in the Contract Documents, signed, and submitted to City in a sealed envelope, with all required forms and attachments, by or before the date and time set forth in Section 1 of the Notice Inviting Bids, or as amended by subsequent addendum. Faxed or emailed Bid Proposals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified. Late submissions will be returned unopened. City reserves the right to postpone the date or time for receiving or opening bids. Each bidder is solely responsible for all of its costs to prepare and submit its bid and by submitting a bid waives any right to recover those costs from City. The bid price(s) must include all costs to perform the Work as specified, including all labor, material, supplies, and equipment and all other direct or indirect costs such as applicable taxes, insurance and overhead.

Oral responses are not authorized and are not binding on the City. The last day to submit questions is Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The City requires Dougherty Station Community Arts Center Stairway Mural Public Art Project (“Services”) for two site specific public art murals that are unique, appropriate to the location, and meaningful to the community. The project will consist of commissioning a qualified contractor/artist experienced in the area of public art murals for the commission and installation of a public art mural at the Dougherty Station Community Arts Center. Each mural will be awarded separately and can have the same or different artists.

The City of San Ramon ("City") hereby invites qualified contractors ("Proposers") to submit qualifications and proposals (collectively, "Proposals") in response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposals ("RFQP") for On-Call Concrete and Sidewalk Repairs.
