The Housing Program provides assistance to the City Council in the development of housing policies and programs which will facilitate the production of single-family, multi-family, and special needs housing that is affordable to all household income levels of the community in compliance with the adopted Housing Element of the General Plan. Housing Program monitors federal, state and local compliance of affordable housing agreements and facilitates the Below Market Rate (BMR) Home Ownership Program.
