San Ramon Commemorative Program

The City of San Ramon’s Commemorative Program offers a unique opportunity to memorialize a person, pet, or occasion by providing a lasting memorial at San Ramon park site. In partnership with the Public Works Department, the Parks & Community Services Department offers the Commemorative program options to patrons, including memorial benches as well as plaques that can be dedicated to existing trees. Donation fees cover the cost of purchase, installation, and maintenance for 10 years. All Commemorative requests require approval from City Staff before donations can be completed, including the verbiage of the requested plaque.

Contact James Spielvogel at [email protected] for any questions. If you would like to make a formal commemorative program request for a bench or tree plaque, please use the link HERE!

Please note that completing the donor application is just a request, everything is still subject to rejection based off of the information.
