Submit a Request
Residents can enter a service request, view their existing requests, or read Frequently Asked Questions through the Citizen Request Management System.
The system generates a tracking number for the resident to follow the progress of the request online. The request is routed to the appropriate city staffer who will review the request and respond. All contact with the resident is logged in the system to ensure the request or issue is addressed.
When creating an account for CRM, please create a strong and unique password for this account that only you can remember. Do not use any previously used passwords or use your unique password on more than one account.
