The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for Citizen Request Management (CRM) Software services.

Proposal Deadline: November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by the City): Week of December 1, 2025
Notice of Selection: December 16, 2025
Council Approval and Award: January 13, 2026
Commence Services: February 1, 2026
